This product is made from plant rubber and polyisobutylene, according to a special production formula, using patented technology and selected special polymer materials, processed through a special process to produce a solvent-free, environmentally friendly sealing adhesive material.

Scope of Application|SCOPE OF APPLICATION

①  Sealing at lap joints of steel structures, steel roof color steel plates, skylights, and gutter connections;

②  Repair of various structural cracks, such as glass gaps, construction joints, concrete cracks, wood, plastic, etc., for sealing and waterproofing;

③  Leak repair and sealing of various pipelines, such as plastic pipes, iron pipes, etc., for waterproof treatment.

Construction Method:

①  Crack cleaning: Clean debris from the crack surface to ensure it is solid, clean, dry, and free of oil;

②  Material cutting: Cut the required material according to the length of the crack or lap joint;

③  Crack adhesion: Apply to both sides of the crack or joint and press repeatedly to ensure firm adhesion.

Storage and Packaging:

①  The product should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated, dry place above 5°C, with a shelf life of 12 months;

②  Packaging specifications: 250px x 12500px per roll.

Precautions:

①  Ensure the surface is free of standing water and particles before construction;

②  Butyl tape should be applied on the water-facing side;

③  Recommended for smooth surfaces, not recommended for concrete surfaces that are powdery;

④  Not suitable for leak repair on surfaces under water pressure.
