Construction Guide|CONSTRUCTION GUIDE
| Construction method | Roll coating, brush coating, or airless spraying |
| Substrate treatment | Wall Surface Treatment — New Walls - Remove surface dust, grease, and loose plaster. If there are any holes, repair them promptly to ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and smooth. — Repainting Walls - Scrape off unstable old paint from the wall surface, remove surface dust, debris, and impurities, level and sand, then clean thoroughly and dry. Surface Dryness — Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate is less than 10% and the pH value is less than 10 — The pre-coated substrate surface should be firm, dry, clean, smooth, and free of loose materials. |
| Repaint time | Surface dry: 30 minutes Hard dry: 120 minutes Recoat: at least 2 hours apart. In humid weather or when the temperature is too low, the time should be appropriately extended. |
| Coating system | 1-2 coats of primer, 2 coats of topcoat (recommended number of coats) |
| Paint consumption | 14-16 square meters per kilogram per coat. The paint consumption may vary depending on the roughness of the actual construction surface and the dilution ratio. |
| Construction Humidity | Please do not carry out construction in humid or cold weather (temperature below 5°C, relative humidity above 85%), otherwise the desired coating effect cannot be achieved. |
| Maintenance time | 7 days/25°C; at low temperatures (not below 5°C), extend appropriately to achieve the ideal paint film effect. |
| Tool Cleaning | During pauses in painting and after painting is completed, please promptly wash all tools with clean water. |
