Construction Process

Construction Key Points

①Clean the grooves and ensure that there is no water or powder in the gaps to prevent the surface from peeling easily after construction.

②Stick masking tape or adhesive tape along the edges of the groove, then apply glue;

③Use a labor-saving glue gun for construction, first apply about40CMDiscard unused rubber material and ensure the rubber material is mixed evenly;

④Apply sealant along the gap, and the diameter of the nozzle should be smaller than the width of the gap, preferably less rather than more, to avoid overflow of the sealant;

⑤After applying the glue, use a round stick to smooth and straighten the glue strip. Before the adhesive dries, you can peel off the masking tape or adhesive tape if there is any overflow of glue.Wipe with alcohol or use a spatula to scrape off after the adhesive has cured.

⑥Let stand3~5It reaches initial curing after a few hours and completely cures the next day, bright and glossy like porcelain.

Precautions
