This product is a polymer copolymer made from an acrylic copolymer with added UV absorbers and rubber particles, which provides UV resistance and heat insulation functions.

Scope of Application|SCOPE OF APPLICATION

① Waterproofing and heat insulation for color steel tile roofs;

② Waterproofing and heat insulation for concrete slopes (better effect when used with acrylic interface agents);

③ Heat insulation, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion protection for various equipment, pipelines, storage tanks, telecom base stations, etc.;

④ Protective layer for other waterproof coatings that cannot be exposed outdoors.

Construction Method:

① Concrete slopes: Surface treatment (clean and dry, dust-free) → Apply two coats with one layer of fabric (two coats of waterproof coating, one layer of non-woven fabric);

② Metal color steel roofs: Rust removal, surface cleaning (clean and dry, dust-free) → Treat node areas (zero displacement) → Large area spraying;

③ It is recommended to apply two coats; the second coat should be applied only after the first coat is dry to the touch.

Storage and Packaging:

① The product should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated, and dry place above 5°C, with a shelf life of 12 months;

② Packaging specification: 20L per barrel.

Precautions:

① Construction temperature should be above 5°C;

② Avoid construction during rainy weather or when air humidity is high;

③ Not suitable for areas with long-term water immersion;

④ When spraying, water can be added appropriately, but the amount of water should not exceed 10% (by weight).
